Detoxifying Mask by True Self Organics

Today guys we are going to talk about this Detoxifying Mask.

Where should I begin?

Ok. Let's start with my skin background, so this way you can relate if you have a similar skin type like mine.

I have combination skin type, my Tzone tends to get very oily usually around summer. However my cheeks, chin and around my mouth are sensitive and very dry.

Use/Skin Types

The Detoxifying Mask is the foundation of our 3 Step Clear Skin Kit! To start, use the mask once or twice weekly for up to 10 minutes. Once your skin adjusts to the mask's powerful detoxifying effects, increase usage and allow mask to fully dry (approximately 30 minutes).

Review:

The first three times that I used this product it actually irritated my skin but, I must admit it was my fault because I didn't prepare my skin prior to application. In addition, I let it dry on my skin for too long (about 20 minutes). Instructions said 10-30 min depending on how sensitive your skin is. Well, turns out I have sensitive skin LOL.

This is a self-form powder that you have to mix with water and apply equal ammounts of both powder and water and mix them together.

Keep in mind that the actual time frame will depend on your skin type (10 minutes Max. for sensitive skin).

Tip for Oily Skin Type:

Add more powder - less water and let it dry in your skin for around 15-20 min until your skin gets used to the product so that you can leave it for a longer period of time in your next session.

For my dry skin areas, I used 1/4 tsp of Powder and 1/4 tsp of Water as well.

For my Tzone I used 1/2 tsp of both powder and water.

After mixing them together and applying it in my skin I let it dry for around 10 min depending on how my skin feels.

It might not be too much time but believe me it works for me.

Like instruction says: Once your skin adjusts to the mask's effects, increase usage and allow the mask to fully dry (approximately 30 minutes).

I noticed a huge difference the second I removed the mask, even though my skin got a bit red, my skin was glowy, smooth and really soft.

The redness was caused for some ingredients like Calcium Bentonite Clay what this does is that it increases the blood circulation in that area, aiding in healthy detoxification and rejuvenation.

Redness will disappear after 20-30 min give it or take.

One thing I wanted to say to you guys is the sensation I felt while the mask was drying in my skin, it was like the mask was sucking out my pores and tightening up my skin. Plus I realized that my blackheads and whiteheads were gone.

So fa I'm in love with this mask, but if you are thinking of trying this product you have to find the way to make it work for you in a safe way for your skin, it's something I always recomment no matter what, either for beauty products or skin care.

Some people may have different skin reactions (some will develop redness, itchiness or burning sensation). You may want to give it a try the following week and see how it goes.
