Hi there.

I wanna start out by saying that this is my first post as a blogger, i am sure that this is going to be a such a great adventure for me where i am going to learn date by date and post by post how to be the strongest version of myself and be a good blogger that you guys will enjoy read and comment about.

That being said :) let's talk about Makeup

This gorgeous palette retails for $44 and contains 12 exclusive eyeshadows, all of them in matte colors, natural shades between neutrals, warm and cool tones from the lighest to the darkest shades.

Even though this is an awesome palette, I must say that some shadows doesn't show the true color (best friend), it actually changes once you apply it to your eyelid, I used them with and without base to see the diference but with the same result. In fact some colors can be a little powdery but that ussually happens with matte colors.

These shadows are smooth and creamy enought but if you have dry eyelids I would recomend you to use an eye cream and also a primer to help your application go smoothly.

You can create versatile looks, like every day makeup, smokey eyes, cut crease, monocrome looks, etc. Those are the main reason why this palette has become one of my favorites.

Lets talk about The packaging:

Is the signature color of Tarte which are purple and gold; This packaging looks pretty durable to me. I've got this palette for three months already and even though I have traveled with it, you can barely see few scratches, but the actual body is still intact wich it is good for me.

The back of the palette is a glossy gold where you can actually see your reflection in it, finger prints are visible as well but i don't really mind, Another thing that I like is the fact that it comes with a big size mirror which is plus for me.

What I also like about this packaging is that the name of each shadow is actually printed, because I am sure that you guys don't like when the name of the shadow does not come printed in the actual packaging, instead it's printed in the plastic sheet cover that can easly get missplaced.

Division wise this Palette is divided in three rows according to each color family, which means that you can create a look with each row, but hey! I like to break the rules and come up with my own creation, It all depends on your preferences.

Let's now proceed with the Color description.

First Row:

Free spirit: Is a light cream yellow base, It can be a little bit powdery.

For light skin tone I would recomend to use a white base, because it won't show at all if you don't.

Force of nature: Is a medium brown with red undertone that has a decent pigmentation and it's not powdery to me.

Dreamer: Is a medium warm brown color with a yellow undertone. The pigmentation is great and easy to blend.

Multi-tasker: Is a dark chocolate brown with red undertone, a little bit goes a long way.

Second Row:

Caregiver: Is a soft baby pink with blueish undertone. The texture is creamy and easy to blend.

Natural Beauty: Is a light mauve color and warm undertone. I din't have any fall out in my face and the pigmentation is very nice.

Best friend: Is a dark mauve color with cool undertone. I had so much trouble with this color because It's powdery and chulky, and you really need to pack the color on and at the end you come up with a totally different color than the one showing in the palette.

Bombshell: is a dark plum one with a great color pay off, it's so creamy and easy to blend, I love it!

Third Row:

Super Mom: Is an ivory color, with great pigmentation and creamy texture.

Wanderer: Is a medium warm brown with good pigmentation, a bit powdery for my taste though, but still easy to blend.

Power player: Is a taupe color betwen brown and gray with smooth consistency. The color pay off is really good and easy to work with.

Fashionista: Is a deep black color, actually the most pigmented shadow in the palette.

The texture is creamy and easy to blend.

I would now like to show you guys a few looks that I came up with by using this palette, going row by row for the first three looks and a fourth one using a combination of most of the colors.
